Mobile phone or mobile technology seems to be a complete distraction to Young people in terms of their academics and most especially their spiritual life. It has destroyed the spiritual life of thousands of Young People across the world, this is due to the fact that with mobile phones and with access to Internet, it became so easy to access content that could damage one’s faith and his entire spiritual life e.g. Pornographic Content.
But do you know that this same device which has become a thorn in the life of many can actually become a source of Grace that can build your faith, heal your spiritual life and draw you closer to God? The truth is everything in Life has its good and bad sides and that’s what makes life fun and interesting.. Imagine a world full of only good and honest people, life would be peaceful but boring. That was why in the midst of the Holy Disciples of Jesus, there was a dark element but for a purpose, to fulfill the mission of Christ. Okay enough of the digression.
Let look at how mobile phone can become a food for your faith. This is possible simply because of the availability of mobile applications developed to build our faith.. There are thousands of such applications but I like to review the one I use.

When next you think of being closed to God but spend most of your time with your mobile phone, why not get this app and turn your phone to a worship instrument.
As a young person you get tempted to download adult content on your phone but instead why not use the phone for something that will build you.
As far as I am concerned, telephone is a blessing to our spirituality and we all both young, old, male and female should embrace it.
